Our commitment
Domira GmbH wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website without assistance – including with a screen reader, with the keyboard only, with enlarged text or with impaired vision. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.
Legal classification
Domira GmbH is a microenterprise within the meaning of § 2 no. 17 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG): it employs fewer than ten people and either has an annual turnover of no more than 2 million euros or an annual balance sheet total of no more than 2 million euros. Under § 3(3) BFSG, the Act therefore does not apply to the services offered on this website. We provide this statement voluntarily. We review this classification annually.
Accessibility status
This website is largely accessible. Among other things:
- All pages can be operated with the keyboard; the keyboard focus is visible.
- A skip link at the top of each page takes you straight to the content.
- Form fields are labelled. Error messages are shown as text and linked to the relevant field, and the focus moves to the first field with an error.
- Images have a text description, and headings are structured logically.
- Text stands out sufficiently from the background (contrast of at least 4.5 : 1, large text at least 3 : 1); purely decorative elements are excluded.
- The language of each page is marked up (German, English, Spanish).
- The video on the home page is purely decorative and has no sound. It can be paused with the button in the bottom right corner and is not played if you have set “reduce motion” on your device.
- New replies from the AI assistant (chat) are announced to screen readers.
Known limitations
- Property images and documents: photos, floor plans and PDF documents are supplied by owners, developers and partners. They do not always have a meaningful image description, and the PDFs are not fully accessible.
- Translations: some property descriptions are machine-translated into English and Spanish.
On request, we will gladly provide the information on a property in a form that is accessible to you – for example by telephone or as plain email text.

Preparation of this statement
This statement is based on a self-assessment. Last checked on 2 October 2026:
- Automated testing of all 33 pages in the sitemap (11 page types, each in German, English and Spanish) plus further property detail pages, the second page of the property listing and the error page – with axe-core, full rule set according to WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (A and AA) including best practices, in the browser after the page had fully loaded. Result: no violations.
- Manual contrast measurement of all text over photos and colour gradients (home page on desktop and mobile, property pages, guide): all text reaches at least 4.5 : 1, large text at least 3 : 1. The large, pale numerals 1–3 in the section “How we support you” are purely decorative.
- Manual tests: keyboard-only operation (order and visible focus), display at a width of 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling, the “reduce motion” setting, the contact form with error messages, and the AI assistant.
- Review of the source code for heading structure, labels and keyboard operation.
